About your role and the team

You will be a part of the Customer Service team that is responsible for delivering fast and accurate solutions to our international customers. This group communicates with our clients over the phone and through email chat tools. Since we manage clients throughout the globe, shifts are overnight as to accommodate the difference in time zones.

  • Provide first line customer service to our clients residing and ordering outside of the United States

  • Resolve complex customer issues and inquiries with high standards and attention to detail

  • Research information and possess good judgment to resolve customer issues

  • Communicate through both phone and chat tools to ensure all lines are clear and accurate

  • Check inventory, process returns, issues replacements and credits for any defective merchandise
  • Other duties as assigned

We’re excited about you because...

              •  
  • You have a minimum of 1 year Customer Service experience. Email/Chat capabilities are preferred
  • You have strong knowledge of computers, internet programs and Microsoft product lines
  • Experience troubleshooting own equipment as availability of tech support is limited in the evenings
  • Strong communication skills with foreign language fluency preferred
  • You demonstrate flexibility, adaptability, independent decision making and problem solving skills.
  • You're tech savvy with ability to pick up new systems quickly

 

Technical Competencies required:

  • Experience in a remote setting
  • Proficiency with Microsoft SharePoint and Office applications
  • Knowledge of AS400 and work from home business usage
  • Solution-oriented and desire to drive improvement
  • Strong relationship-building skills; with ability to adapt with a diverse clientele
Training information:
  • Training will be 100% virtual from the comfort of your home
  • Dates - Monday June 18th - Friday June 22nd (10:30 am - 7 pm)  
Available schedules:
  • 3:30 pm - 12:00 am (Sunday/Monday off) or (Tuesday/Wednesday off)
  • 12:00 am - 8:30 am (Saturday/Sunday off) or (Monday/Tuesday off)
*Associates will be required to work both weekends and holidays to accommodate international
