Full-Time Seasonal Human Resources Assistant
Work From Home - 1 to 2 days at the Williams Sonoma Braselton Distribution Center

The hours of operation for our Customer Care Center are:
7am - 9pm, Monday – Sunday

We are gearing up for our peak season and have an opportunity for a Full-Time Seasonal HR Assistant to join our team in Georgia!

PRIMARY FUNCTION: 
Provide administrative and clerical support to the Human Resources Department while delivering exceptional customer service to Care Center associates. Assist with high volume recruiting to include posting jobs, reviewing applications, setting up interviews, extending offers and I9 completion.
 
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Full-cycle, high-volume recruiting.
Administrative/Reception duties.
Answer routine employment questions.
Assist in the maintenance of associate personnel files and filing system.
Create detailed reports and prepare presentations.
Administer and support policies and practices.
Perform other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum 3 years HR / Recruiting experience required. Experience in high-volume recruiting is strongly preferred.
Must have high integrity and be able to maintain highly confidential information
Strong attention to detail; multi-tasking and organizational skills a must.
Proven experience in developing ideas and following through to completion.
Advanced level Excel skills are required. Advanced Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook preferred.
Strong computer knowledge and practical experience with the Microsoft Office Suite
Superior oral, written communication, and customer service skills
Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor.
General knowledge of office equipment.
