Being part of the Social Media team means that you will be a part of the driving force of our online community outreach. To some, you are the first and only impression the customer may have. Our goal is to move with ninja-like precision (response times, quality goals, solving problems before they occur) while providing the highest level of customer service our guests expect and deserve.

 

 

About the Role

As our Social Media Supervisor you will help shape our Social Media Care Team by developing strategies to build and grow an industry leading customer centric approach. Your team will be on the front lines by increasing our overall exposure through empowered engagement and industry leading service.

We’re excited about you because...

 

  • You have a Bachelors degree and 2+ years call center leadership/social media experience .

  • 2+ years of supervisory customer service experience (managing people and process)

  • Proven experience in high-volume, results-oriented environment requiring flexibility

  • Experience working with digital communities and engaging with social media influencers.

  • Ability to produce reports, reconcile and analyze data, with Excel, Microsoft Office experience

 

Technical Competencies required:

 

  • Solid knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) keywords, keyword research, digital analytics (Google or Adobe)
