Description
PRIMARY FUNCTION:

Perform job duties and functions for the catalog sales department within the Work-from-Home call center environment.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:  
  • Process customer orders; provide sales options and product information for maximum customer benefit. Perform efficient data entry while communicating all essential elements of the sales script to ensure exemplary customer service and call quality
  • Extend upsells and specials to telephone customers
  • Cross sell for maximum customer/company benefit
  • Address customer questions and concerns regarding product and delivery information
  • Input customer catalog requests and update customer information (e.g. address change) as necessary
  • Direct calls when appropriate to other areas (e.g. Customer Service)
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Wage:  $10.50 per hour

Training (3 options):
Virtual training starts November 20th, November 22nd or November 28th. You will have Thursday and Friday 11/23 and 11/24 off for the Thanksgiving Holiday. We have two start times, 8:00 am and 3:30 pm.

*The position is for Seasonal employment with the possibility of being hired Full Time after the holidays.
 
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of two (2) years previous sales and/or customer service experience is preferred
  • Working knowledge of computers with good data entry skills
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills, superior oral communication skills and a professional phone manner
  • Has the requisite work-from-home equipment, Phone and internet 
  • Can meet with staff 1 time in person to supply I-9 documentation
