Job Description: Why you and why us? The Releasing Team reviews and releases order actions processed by the customer facing teams for accuracy and policy guidelines.

 Job Duties: Your day to day

Develop a People First culture that allows our associates to grow and succeed. 

Essential Functions: The nuts and bolts

  • Review actions performed by customer contact teams
    • Ensure compliance with current guidelines
    • Ensure accuracy
    • Provide feedback to submitting associate’s supervisor when actions need further clarification or approval
  • Coordinate and resolve shipping issues by communicating with the Delivery teams
  • Track trends as requested
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications: What you need to apply

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.  Associates degree preferred
  • 2-4 years prior customer service or related experience preferably in a large call center environment
  • 6 months of FSA experience within WSI Care Center
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills, superior oral communication skills, and a professional phone manner
  • Computer literate with the ability to type 35 wpm
  • Must be Furniture trained with good working knowledge of OMS and CCUI
  • PC literate with the ability to work in Access, AMS, and Excel

IMPORTANT FACTS:

·         This is a Seasonal, Full-Time, non-exempt level position requiring a 40-hour schedule

·         Must be available between 7am – 7pm PST, 7 days a week

·         Hours and schedules - TBD
