Support and maintain operational functions pertaining to the sales, service, and furniture departments


Job Duties: Your day to day

Essential Functions: The nuts and bolts

  • Process Direct Ship requests and work directly with vendors to fulfill customer orders
  • Order management and tracking of orders through the Aging report process
  • Assist in resolving customer service issues that have been raised by Inventory Management, our vendors, or through the auditing process
  • Audit orders to determine product trends and issues
  • Responsible for swift resolution of critical order issues  
  • Responsible for the identification of vendor-shipped SKU issues that are impacting order fulfillment
  • Complete customer call-outs as assigned
  • Perform other duties as assigned


Qualifications: What you need to apply
 

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.  Associates/Bachelors degree preferred
  • Data mining and technical background is a plus 
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills, superior oral communication skills, and a professional phone manner
  • Computer literate with the ability to type 35 wpm
  • Must be meeting all essential functions
  • PC literate with the ability to work in and Excel


Important Facts:

  • This is a Seasonal, Full-Time, non-exempt level position requiring a 40-hour schedule 
  • Must complete an Excel assessment fo consideration  
  • Hours and schedule - Monday - Friday - 7:30 am - 4:00 pm PST
