Job Description: Why you and why us?

As the Product Information Supervisor you will collaborate with vendors, corporate partners for new and updated product information while leading a team and coaching them to department success! You Ensure that written communication of Product Information is accurate and consistent across multiple channels of distribution while maintaining a great relationship with our corporate contacts.

Essential Functions: The nuts and bolts

  • Supervise a team of associates; motivate, counsel, and coach assigned staff

  • Implement corporate work rules regarding established departmental policies

  • Continually develop and train assigned group

  • Resolve any escalated customer issues

  • Ensures information for all merchandise is accurate and consistent with brand standards on the various websites

  • Track and make recommendations for edits to existing product information

  • Keep ongoing relationship with vendors and corporate partners for new and updated product information

Qualifications: What you need to apply

  • Bachelor degree in business related field or equivalent experience.

  • 3-5 years call center/sales/service experience, including 1-2 years with lead or supervisory responsibility.

  • Strong supervisory, communication (verbal and written), customer service and sales skills.

  • Demonstrate time management, prioritization and multi-tasking skills

  • Technical editing or other proofreading and quality assurance background preferred

  • Ability to understand customer perspective, through own online shopping experience, or other experience

  • Strong, working knowledge of Producteev and MMT systems, or similar systems, preferred
