About the Team

 

You will be part of the talent acquisition team responsible for sourcing, communicating and tracking the onboarding experience for our incoming talent pool. Our job is to ensure that every care center location, associate and customer has the best experience possible and this starts with a memorable first impression from you!

 

About the Role

You will be the first impression of our brand to candidates and this sets the tone for the rest of their careers at Williams-Sonoma. The right coordinator cares about their candidates, is attentive to their needs, and is always searching for new ways to make their experience with Williams-Sonoma the best it can be. You will support the Recruiting Manager and HR teams with the day-to-day recruiting functions such as scheduling interviews, corresponding with candidates, and facilitating new hire communication.

  • Schedule interviews and greet onsite candidates
  • Candidate champion for onsite and pre-boarding experience
  • Flawless attention to detail in a fast paced, ever changing work environment while driving the interview process from start to finish
  • Maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure candidate records are complete and that the recruitment process is accurately tracked
  • Manages offer letter preparation
  • Facilitate pre-employment screening processes
  • Partner with additional internal support teams such as Training, Operations, IT and Human Resources to ensure a seamless on-boarding and Day 1 experience for new hires
