Description

Job Description: Why you and why us?

The mission of our Project Managers is simple: make everything run as efficiently as possible. But don’t mistake this for a typical “box checking” PM position. Our PMs need an entire wardrobe full of hats to thrive in the fast paced environment of the Customer Care Center where projects can range from system implementations and process improvement analysis to transitioning entire divisions from one business unit to another. You will love working with our PM team if you thrive on change, laugh in the face of ambiguity, and relish the chance to create entirely new processes and systems from the ground up.

Job Duties: Our Credo

  • Solve the problem efficiently: Quickly with quality
  • Make it personal: Take ownership
  • Inspire customer loyalty: Give them a reason to come back
  • Listen Carefully: Be attentive
  • Empathize and show effort: Because we care

Project Manager is the driving force behind all divisional improvements and is the focal liaison between the business, stakeholders and third party vendors. You will manage tactical, functional and brand related projects that effect stakeholders across our business and extend to our customers.

Essential Functions: The nuts and bolts

  • Manage large/complex projects from concept to development and implementation by ensuring major project activities, milestones and deliverables are planned and tracked and progress is accurately reported using standard project instrumentation

  • Identify operational issues and research root-causes to develop and implement new business controls

  • Develop reporting for management to identify operational issues; provide reporting summaries for business and action plans

  • Partner with the Care Center teams and business partners to determine solutions to identified problems

  • Maintain high level of service to internal and external customers

  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications: What you need to apply

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, MIS or related education with 2+ years in a PM or Business Analytics role

  • PMP certification preferred

  • Strong knowledge of both theoretical and operational methods of project management

  • Experience with process documentation and cross functional business implementations

  • Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills to effectively communicate and build relationships with a broad spectrum of audiences at all organizational levels

  • Strong competencies in planning, project management, and organization with the ability to lead multiple projects while maintaining a focus on quality

  • Contact center or distribution experience is a plus
