The Seasonal Full-Time Business Sales Associate is our front line expert in solving our corporate client concerns and building lasting customer loyalty.  Our associates accomplish this by providing world class customer service through confident resolutions for returns, replacements, credits, status of their order placing, orders, and other aspects of customer service and business development.

  • Entry of orders for business, gift and trade clients, often with multiple recipients and instructions

  • Answer incoming phone calls related to sales orders, business gift and customer service

  • Follow through with customers or retail store representatives on order or product related issues

  • Contact customers to resolve problems/questions on orders

  • Other responsibilities to include; providing support to Business Sales department, clientelling, and special assignments



  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience

  • Demonstrated success supporting a sales or marketing team, account executive, and/or previous leadership experience

  • Good working knowledge of AS400 system is a plus

  • 2-4 years prior customer service or related experience

  • Independent decision making and problem solving skills

  • Possess strong interpersonal skills, superior oral communication skills and a professional phone manner

  • Attention to detail, ability to prioritize responsibilities and work well independently

  • Computer literate with the ability to type 35 wpm

  • Microsoft Excel knowledge a plus

  • Furniture Trained preferred

  • Previous Business sales experience preferred
