SEASONAL TRAINING CLERK!

The Seasonal Full-Time Training Clerk is our training support expert specializing in document management, and employee compliance.  Our clerks accomplish this by providing spot check audits throughout employee onboarding, intradepartmental communication and data entry.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Verify new hire time punch reports
• Assign employees to virtual classrooms
• Provide timely creation of employee profiles
• Help manage and distribute lab schedules
• Provide reporting to business partners daily
• Other duties as driven by business

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
• Excellent time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication skills
• Attention to detail, ability to prioritize and work well independently is a must!

Candidates must be available from Monday-Saturday (6am - 9pm)
