Job Description: Why you and why us?

In this fast-paced position, the Seasonal - Email Response Associate will be the first-line contact to our customers via email, as well as inbound
telephone calls as needed. This associate will also support internal customers’ needs related to email requests and handle all service related concerns through the que.

Essential Functions: The nuts and bolts

  • Listen and respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries, issues, and requests, in a manner that meets the standards for service and quality.

  • Research information and use good judgment to resolve customer inquiries or problems within established Williams-Sonoma, Inc. guidelines and procedures.

  • Develop written customer responses to all email requests.

  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

 

Qualifications: What you need to apply

  • Strong customer service background required. Former Email experience highly considered.

  • Exceptional time management, self-motivation and problem-solving skills.

  • Working knowledge of Internet browsers necessary to support our customers’ technical inquiries.

  • Strong written communication skills are required.

  • Multi-tasking and strong follow-up skills are required.

  • Computer literate with the ability to type at least 30 wpm

 

Important Facts: MUST HAVE THESE FOR CONSIDERATION

  • Ability to complete mandatory paid training for 3 weeks - 100% attendance is required

  • Must live in the state Nevada

  • Must complete our talent assessment after application has been completed (you'll receive a secondary email from Indeed for this request)

  • Must have a computer/PC/MAC with compatible OS

  • Must have a computer USB headset with microphone
