Job Description
As a Supervisor supporting the Virtual Design Chat team, you’ll get the opportunity to stay creative with our customers along with helping guide the group to departmental goals. From the involvement of training new hires to getting the insight on design initiatives, you’ll be a crucial component to the success of growing this exciting department.

Responsibilities
· Assist Design staff in the day-to-day operations of communicating new brand initiatives, up skilling new hires, punch correction and schedule oversight while supporting staff to achieve business objectives and goals.
· Coach designers when updated design programs and tool enhancements are implemented.
· Achieve and exceed established sales and productivity goals
· Utilize exemplary world class service standards to assist customers with design services across the WSI family of brands
· Foster an environment focused on communication, collaboration and teamwork
· Uphold P&P and assist GM in coaching conversations via Zoom/Teams as needed.
· Demonstrate superior product knowledge, including features and benefits of the entire product assortment in all brands
Qualifications
· 1-2 years of staff supervisory experience preferred
· Ability to perform at a high level within a virtual/work from home environment
· Strong communication and customer follow-up skills
· Ability to complete and coordinate complex large orders across multiple brands
· Experience in working with the elements of design preferred
· Proven ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
· 1-2 years of customer service and retail sales experience or interior design (specialty retail preferred, but not required)
· Advanced creative design skills and virtual consultation experience preferred
· Must reside outside of Las Vegas and surrounding care center locations for consideration
Physical Requirements
· Must be able to be able to remain in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods (in an office setting)
· Must be able to communicate with others to exchange information
· Must be able to engage in repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers
