PRIMARY FUNCTION:
Perform job duties and functions for the catalog sales department within the call center environment.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Process customer orders; provide sales options and product information for maximum customer benefit. Perform efficient data entry while communicating all essential elements of the sales script to ensure exemplary customer service and call quality
- Extend upsells and specials to telephone customers
- Cross sell for maximum customer/company benefit
- Address customer questions and concerns regarding product and delivery information
- Input customer catalog requests and update customer information (e.g. address change) as necessary
- Direct calls when appropriate to other areas (e.g. Customer Service)
- Perform other duties as assigned
Wage:
$10.00 per hour
Training:
11/14 - 11/29 (off Thanksgiving Day)
Hours: Monday - Friday 3:00 PM to 8:30 PM
*The position is for Seasonal employment
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of one (1) year previous sales and/or customer service experience is preferred
- Working knowledge of computers with good data entry skills
- Possess strong interpersonal skills, superior oral communication skills and a professional phone manner
