DEPARTMENT: International Customer Service
SALARY GRADE: 5 - Wage starts at $15/hr and may increase based on merit, tenure and geographic location     
REPORTS TO:  ICS Supervisor

 

Job Description: Why you and why us?
Working with our international customers, you'll get a glimpse into different cultures while learning a new side of the service business that is fun yet challenging. As an ICS/Border Free associate, you will provide first-line contact to customers residing and ordering outside the United States via phone or email.

Essential Functions: The nuts and bolts

  • Provide first-line customer service to customers residing and ordering outside the United States
  • Ability to resolve complex customer issues and inquiries with high standards for excellence in Customer Service
  • Research information and possess good judgment to resolve customer issues within WSI policies and procedures
  • Strong Verbal and Written Communication skills
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
  • Perform other duties assigned by leadership


Qualifications: What you need to apply

  • Ability to work effectively and cooperatively as a team with other associates, supervisors, and managers
  • Demonstrated flexibility, adaptability, independent decision-making skills, and effective problem-solving skills
  • Strong knowledge of computers, Internet, and Microsoft
  • Foreign language fluency preferred but not required
  • Advanced MS Office, PC, internet navigation, and internet troubleshooting skills to support customer technical difficulties
  • Experience with Excel, Word, Outlook, Access, and AS400
  • Must be FSA trained
  • 1 year Customer Service Experience


Important Facts:

  • This is a Seasonal, Full Time and Part Time, non-exempt level position requiring a 40-hour schedule
  • Hours and schedule - 6 am - 2:30 pm PST / 7 am - 3:30 pm PST / 10:30 am - 7:00 pm PST - Various days off
  • Training: 9/29/25 thru 10/10/25 from 7:00AM – 3:30PM PST
