LOCATION:  All Sites

DEPARTMENT:  Service 

SALARY GRADE: 17 - Compensation starts at $43,888/yr and may increase based on tenure and or merit. 

REPORTS TO: Business General Manager 

 

Job Description: Why you and why us? 
If you have a passion for leadership and customer service, this may be the role for you! As a Business Sales Supervisor, you will supervise a team of associates by motivating, counseling, and coaching assigned staff.  You will continually develop and train assigned groups, monitor B2B operations, and assist where necessary. You will provide guidance to assigned groups on resolving complex customer issues, as well as personally resolve highly escalated customer concerns.

Essential Functions:The nuts and bolts 

  • End-to-end management of B2B and corporate gifting program 

  • Coordinate with internal teams and network partners to support B2B initiatives 

  • Provide timely customer service to consumers, our trade contacts, and B2B customers 

  • Implement corporate work rules regarding established departmental policies 

  • Continually develop and train an assigned group 

  • Resolve any escalated customer issues 

  • Monitor department operations and assist where necessary 

  • Act as liaison between schedulers, timekeepers, and associates 

  • Facilitate team meetings and regular one-on-one meetings with associates 

  • Complete other duties as assigned 
     

 

Qualifications: What you need to apply 

  • Minimum 1 year care center experience required 
  • B2B business experience preferred but not required 
  • Prior leadership within the care centers is a plus 
  • Prior Salesforce experience is preferred 
  • 1 year call center/sales/service experience, preferred 1year in leadership capacity
  • Strong supervisory, communication (verbal and written), customer service and sales skills.
  • Experience in training, team building, and coaching
  • Highly detail oriented with excellent organizational and analytical skills
  • Strong customer service skills, specifically via email and telephone
  • Must have strong integrity and able to maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Capable of juggling multiple projects simultaneously with the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively 

 

Important Facts:

  • This is a Full Time, Exempt-level position requiring flexibility up to and beyond 40 hours per week.
  • Work schedule subject to vary based on business needs
  • Las Vegas on site leadership presence required
