SALARY GRADE: 4 (Formerly pay grade 6) - Compensation starts at $16.00/hr and may increase based on tenure, merit and location

Job Description: Why you and why us?
The Product Information Team is at the center of the action and is responsible for one of the most critical functions in our business: obtaining and providing product information for new and existing products. The Product Information Team is made up of individuals with meticulous attention to detail, a desire to make an impact, and a willingness to step in and solve problems when they arise. As part of day-to-day operations, the team works closely with other Product Information associates, corporate partners, and Vendors to ensure product accuracy.
The Product Information associate is responsible for obtaining and providing accurate product information, and proofing the catalog and in the UAT environment. Daily activities include creating product information templates, emailing Vendors, catalog proofs, and Ecom proofs.

Essential Functions: The nuts and bolts
- Assist our corporate partners in launching new items each season
- Be a visible and accessible resource for all things product information related
- Clearly and effectively communicate with other team members, corporate partners, and vendors
- Take ownership over your daily responsibilities and deliver quality results
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications: What you need to apply
- Must be a Furniture Trained Associate within WSI Care Center
- Strong interpersonal skills including a solid “team player” orientation
- Ability to work effectively and cooperatively as a team with other associates, supervisors, and managers
- Demonstrated flexibility, adaptability, independent decision-making skills, and effective problem-solving skills
- Working knowledge of computers, Internet, and Microsoft Office applications
- Effective communication (verbal and written)
- Prior experience in Product Information or Merchandise Operations preferred
Important Facts:
- This is a Seasonal, Full-Time, non-exempt level position requiring a 40-hour schedule
