Job Description: Why you and why us?
Act as a liaison between corporate account executives, finance/accounting, customs department, inventory, and the retail division to process business requests for gift cards, gift orders, home builder projects, high profile accounts, special orders, purchasing agents, International orders, contract grade and hospitality industry orders and retail support. Process and support all functions related to orders, quotes, invoices, accounting, registration, and customer service for business-to-business clients.

Essential Functions: The nuts and bolts
- Review and validate qualifying registration and tax documents for trade program enrollment
- Supports and partners with all B2B partners on special orders registrations specific
- Other duties as assigned-registration audits, clean-up projects, converting leads (designer apps), and working reg/gen cases out service levels are low
- Preparation and entry of orders, quotes, and volume gift cards often with multiple recipients and special instructions for home builder, purchasing agents, high-profile accounts, freight forwarders, hospitality, and retail stores
- Maintain department logs for monthly/quarterly discount audit
- Act as the designated point of contact for high-profile accounts providing order tracking, account reconciliation, orders, invoices, and customer service
- Proactively track, follow up, and keep key stakeholders informed
- Document and enter data into customer databases
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications: What you need to apply
- Must have 6 months Business Sales Experience and Salesforce experience
- Must be Furniture trained
- High School Diploma, GED, Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
- 6 months of WSI care center experience
- 2-4 years prior customer service or related experience
- Advanced decision-making and Prior Registration/Project Experience
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to anticipate potential issues before they occur
- Possess strong interpersonal skills, superior oral communication skills
- Attention to detail, ability to prioritize responsibilities, and work well independently
- Project planning, organizing and facilitation experience preferred
- Computer literate with the ability to type 35 wpm
- 2+ years Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook
- Retail, business and accounting background preferred
