Would you like to focus on outbound emails? Then Business Sales is the department for you! We are looking for associates who are detail-oriented, work well independently, and possess strong organizational and time management skills to help us with clientele and data entry. Process and support all functions related to orders, quotes, invoices, accounting, registration, and customer service for business-to-business clients via written outbound communication and occasionally inbound calls. Associates may assist with answering and following up on incoming calls, as well as emails, from external and internal customers related to sales orders, volume gift cards, accounting, retail escalations, and customer service.

Essential Functions: The nuts and bolts
- Preparation and entry of orders, quotes, and volume gift cards often with multiple recipients and special instructions for home builders, purchasing agents, high-profile accounts, freight forwarders, hospitality, and retail stores
- Review and validate qualifying registration and tax documents for trade program enrollment
- Maintain department adjustment voucher log, strict accounting of project and gift card expenditures, reconciling and balancing payments, voucher logs, and retail receipts. Process wire transfers, checks, retail orders, invoices, reconciliations, and end-of-month fiscal audits
- Act as designated point of contact for high-profile accounts providing order tracking, account reconciliation, orders, invoices, and customer service
- Proactively track, follow up, and keep key stakeholders informed
- Document and enter data into customer databases
- Supports and partners with corporate account executives, buyers, inventory/merchandise control, and retail leadership on homebuilder projects, volume order requests, hospitality, retail allocation, and special orders

Qualifications: What you need to apply
- High School Diploma, GED, Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
- Salesforce experience preferred
- 2-4 years prior customer service or related experience
- Advanced decision making
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to anticipate potential issues before they occur
- Possess strong interpersonal skills, superior oral communication skills
- Attention to detail, ability to prioritize responsibilities, and work well independently
- Project planning, organizing, and facilitation experience preferred
- Computer literate with the ability to type 35 wpm
- 2+ years Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook
- Retail, business, and accounting background preferred
- Must be Furniture trained
Important Facts:
- This is a Seasonal, non-exempt level position requiring a 40-hour schedule
