DEPARTMENT:  Operations 

SALARY GRADE: 17 - Compensation starts at $55,000 / yr and may increase based on merit, tenure and georgraphic location

REPORTS TO:  Operations Manager

 

We're looking for someone who is data-savvy, naturally charismatic, and skilled at bringing structure and organization to both their own work and the work of others to complete a critical triangle of skills in our analytics team. This team focuses on executive-facing reporting, project management, and translating complex data into actionable insights.

 

This position is to complement colleagues who specialize in BI development and investigative analysts. We will turn technical and investigative outputs into clear recommendations that inform strategic decisions.

 

Key Qualifications

  • Collaborative and adaptable, able to work effectively with colleagues of varied backgrounds, perspectives, and working styles.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex projects in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience in creating and delivering clear, impactful reports and presentations for senior stakeholders (including C-suite executives)
  • Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and automation.
  • Proficiency in Power BI for executive-ready visualizations (not responsible for heavy data modeling).
  • Strong analytical thinking to translate complex datasets into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Opportunities to grow skills in strategic analytics, executive communication, and cross-functional project leadership.

 

Job Responsibilities

You will serve as the bridge between technical data experts and investigative analysts, ensuring insights are organized, actionable, and clearly presented to senior leadership. You will help translate complex data into strategic recommendations while improving reporting workflows and enabling timely, informed decision-making. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing multiple data projects, from intake to delivery, ensuring timely and high-quality outputs.
  • Prioritizing and coordinating incoming requests, communicating effectively with stakeholders on progress and expectations.
  • Defining and tracking key performance metrics to monitor organizational effectiveness and inform decision-making.
  • Delivering concise, high-level reports and visualizations tailored for senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Providing constructive feedback on data products, validating accuracy, and helping improve overall data fidelity.
  • Maintaining and supporting active dashboards to ensure they remain accurate, current, and relevant.
  • Making minor updates or enhancements to existing dashboards based on stakeholder needs or data changes.
  • Support ad-hoc analysis and reporting requests from both internal and external stakeholders
  • Using dashboards and other data tools to extract insights, conduct investigations, and develop actionable summaries.
  • Supporting team growth and collaboration through knowledge sharing and process improvement initiatives.


 

Important Facts:

  • This is a Full Time, exempt-level position requiring a 40-hour schedule.
  • Must be available to work Monday – Friday, 6:00 am – 6:00 pm PST and schedule will be determined once offers are extended.
  • Must complete an Excel talent assessment for consideration
