POSITION: Human Resource Assistant - Seasonal
LOCATION: Las Vegas, NV - On site only 
DEPARTMENT: Human Resources
SALARY GRADE: 8
REPORTS TO: Human Resource Manager

 

Job Description: Why you and why us? 

The Las Vegas Care Center HR team supports all WSI Care Center associates across our regional and Work-From-Home locations. If you want to be part of the team that supports the team, this is the role for you!

Essential Functions: The Nuts and Bolts 

  • Assist the Care Center Payroll team with reviewing and editing associate timecards as needed. 

  • Review and scan paper files to create electronic employment records. 

  • Answer general associate questions and/or refer to the appropriate team member for assistance. 

  • Other administrative duties as needed. 

 

Qualifications: What you need to apply 

  • High School Diploma, GED or Associate’s Degree 

  • Previous HR or payroll experience preferred 

  • 1-2 years of experience in an office or other administrative role 

  • Strong customer service and communication skills 

  • Exceptional integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality 

 

Important Facts: 

  • This is a seasonal, non-exempt position requiring 30-50 hours/week 

  • Hours and schedule to be determined
