Job Description: Why you and why us?
As a Training Assistant, you will be supporting new hires and assisting trainers as a subject matter expert during virtual learning classes. Our ideal candidate will have the ability to professionally speak to groups of learners, aid in filling in learning gaps, and have the ability to execute training standards with minimal supervision. Having strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills are a must, as well as proficiency with computers and our systems.

Skill Set:
Strong customer service skills, attention to detail, time management skills, ability to professionally speak to groups of learners, ability to execute training standards with minimal supervision, proficiency with computers and other systems, and problem-solving skills.Essential Functions (Both Administrative and during Training):
- Administrative: Monitor time and attendance of new hire associates
- Training: Assist with evaluations of learner assignments
- Administrative: Monitor completion of assignments and tasks to assure adherence to company guidelines
- Training: Assist with troubleshooting of systems, computers, and the learning management system
- Administrative: Audit associate progression throughout training
- Training: Communicate effectively through various sources such as Microsoft Teams and Outlook
- Complete other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Call center, sales, or customer service experience required
- 6+ months of lead or supervisory responsibility preferred
- Previous experience with WSI training preferred
- Effective communication, both verbal and written required
- Strong administrative skills including record keeping, time management, and ability to create and interpret data
- Experience in training, coaching, and virtual learning is a plus
Important Facts:
- This is a Seasonal full-time non-exempt level position requiring a 40-hour schedule. Must be able to work and commit to a 40-hour week.
- Our hours of operation are 6am to 7:30pm Pacific Time, 7 days a week. Must have flexibility to work varying schedules during those hours based on business needs. Schedules for classes are updated frequently by WFM and many times with little notice, and regular schedules are not common for this position.
- Must complete a talent assessment for consideration. This will be provided in a separate email and needs to be completed within 3 business days
