POSITION: Carebot Senior Lead - Seasonal

LOCATION: All-Sites

DEPARTMENT: Furniture

SALARY GRADE: 7 - Starting salary is $16.50 / hr and may increase due to tenure, and or location wage requirements

REPORTS TO: Floor Supervisor

 

Job Description: Why you and why us?

As a Carebot Senior Lead, you would be responsible for providing guidance to our Furniture and Service associates as they handle customer service orders, and you will provide coaching and feedback to associates as needed. You will be responsible for resolving complex customer service issues that may have escalated to a Leadership level.

Essential Functions: The nuts and bolts

  • Be a visible and accessible resource for Furniture and Service Associates including answering product-related questions, clarifying SOPs, and providing guidance as needed
  • Proactively communicate care center, brand, policy, and procedure information/updates to associates
  • Lead through example by performing department tasks safely, correctly, and quickly; demonstrating integrity and acting in a responsible and accountable manner
  • Track potential performance and coaching trends
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with associates, peers, and managers within the organization
  • Perform other duties as assigned

 

Qualifications: What you need to apply

  • 1 year of WSI Care Center experience is REQUIRED
  • Strong interpersonal skills including a solid “team player” orientation
  • Ability to work effectively and cooperatively as a team with other associates, supervisors, and managers
  • Demonstrated flexibility, adaptability, independent decision-making skills, and effective problem-solving skills
  • Working knowledge of computers, Internet, and Microsoft Office applications
  • Effective communication (verbal and written) and the ability to foster open communication between associates

 

Important Facts:

  • This is a Seasonal, Full-Time, non-exempt level position requiring a 40-hour schedule
  • Hours and schedule - TBD
