Job Description: Why you and why us?

As a Workforce Management Forecaster, you will be responsible for accurately and effectively predicting and forecast volume workload, staffing requirements and other key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure efficient resource planning. This role is critical in supporting effective strategies to meet customer demand and financial targets.
 

Responsibilities

- Utilize historical data and forecasting techniques to predict call volume, arrival patterns and staffing requirements.

- Analyze historical data and trends to identify patterns, seasonality and other factors that can influence workload and staffing needs.

- Continuously monitor and evaluate forecast accuracy and make staffing recommendations to optimize performance.

- Generate regular reporting, highlight areas of variance, and seek opportunities for improvement.

- Collaborate with other team members and leadership to align forecasting efforts and implement strategic planning to reach service level targets.
 

Qualifications

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Detail oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.

- Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to change priorities and requirements.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and make data-driven decisions.

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

- Prior Workforce Management Experience required

 

IMPORTANT FACTS:

  • This is a Seasonal Full-Time, non-exempt level position requiring a 40-hour schedule
  • Must complete an Excel assessment 
  • Must be available between 7 am – 7 pm PST, 7 days a week
  • Hours and schedule - TBD
