The Direct to Customer Operations – Project Management team plays a critical role within the Customer Care and across the broader organization. About the Role
Our Project Managers are catalysts for efficiency, clarity, and innovation. This is not a traditional “check-the-box” PM role, it requires versatility, ownership, and the ability to lead diverse initiatives ranging from system implementations to large-scale business transitions.
You will manage projects from initial problem identification through solution design and implementation. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, analytical capability, and the ability to tailor messaging across varied audiences and leadership levels.
This is a small but high-impact team that supports deployments and participates in an on-call rotation.
What You’ll Do
- Lead cross-functional projects from discovery through execution and stabilization
- Define scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and success metrics
- Analyze business data to identify insights and inform decision-making
- Develop clear reporting, dashboards, presentations, and visualizations
- Drive operational improvements and scalable solutions
- Partner with stakeholders across business units to align priorities and deliver results
- Support deployments and participate in an on-call rotation
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in a data-driven or analytical field or 4+ years experience leading projects or strategic initiatives
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience translating data into actionable insights
- Ability to influence and bring cross-functional teams together to solve complex challenges
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (PMBOK, Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, Scrum, etc.)
- Experience with WSI data environments (Yantra, Snowflake, etc.) preferred
- While PMP certification is preferred, Project Management course completion certification is required
Technical Skills
- Advanced Excel skills (complex formulas, pivot tables, data modeling, visualizations)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Power BI)
- Experience in data analysis and visualization tools, SQL
Additional Requirements
- Flexibility to meet business needs, including participation in an on-call rotation
- Availability for occasional evening or weekend events or coverage
