We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Home Delivery Support Team Member to join our Home Delivery team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating customer deliveries, providing proactive communication, and supporting the overall home delivery process. You will work closely with customers, delivery hubs, and internal partners to ensure deliveries are scheduled efficiently, issues are resolved promptly, and customers receive timely updates throughout the delivery experience.

This position requires strong computer skills, excellent communication abilities, the ability to multitask across multiple systems, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service while managing a high-volume workload.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers to schedule available home deliveries.
- Coordinate with delivery hubs to resolve logistics, routing, and delivery-related issues.
- Review and process split delivery requests in Microsoft Dynamics (training provided).
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer questions and concerns throughout the delivery process.
- Communicate order availability, delivery updates, and any delays or changes to customers in a timely manner.
- Accurately document customer interactions and delivery updates in the appropriate systems.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams and delivery partners to ensure successful order completion.
- Maintain accuracy while managing multiple customer interactions and delivery requests throughout the day.
- Utilize Microsoft Dynamics and other operational systems to support daily workflow.
- Ensure organizational standards, timelines, and quality expectations are consistently met.
Important Facts:
- This is a Seasonal, Full Time, nonexempt-level position requiring 40 hours a week
- Must be available between these working times: 5:00 am - 6:00 pm PST - 7 days per week
