SALARY GRADE: 7 - Starting wage is $16.50 and may increase based on tenure, merit, geographic location
REPORTS TO: Business Sales Supervisor

 

Job Description: Why you and why us?

Then a Senior Lead position in Business Sales may be just for you! We are looking for associates who are detail-oriented, work well independently, and possess strong organizational and time management skills.

 

Job Duties: Your day to day

Develop a People First culture that allows associates to grow and succeed. 

 

Essential Functions: The nuts and bolts

  • Service and place trade orders and quotes

  • Speak with store and designers regarding escalated customers and complete all related follow-up including working with associates and leadership, expediting related paperwork, and reporting product issues to brand managers, while ensuring issues are resolved in a timely manner

  • Provide account reconciliation for trade accounts including single orders or trade projects

  • Track High Profile Orders for Business Sales Department

  • Support department and corporate partners

  • Ability to handle volume, purchasing agent, designer, home builder, and other trade customer orders and accounts

  • Perform other duties as assigned


Qualifications: What you need to apply

  • Ability to work both independently and effectively with a team while adapting to an ambiguous environment

  • Strong working knowledge of computers, Internet, Microsoft Office Excel, and Word applications

  • MUST have 6 months of Business Sales experience

  • Extensive experience in the SalesForce program


Important Facts:

  • This is a Full-Time, non-exempt level position requiring a 40-hour schedule

  • Hours and schedule - TBD
