POSITION: Seasonal Product Information Lead- E-commerce

LOCATION: All Sites 

DEPARTMENT: Product Information

SALARY GRADE: 7 - Starting wage is $16.50 / hr and may increase based on merit, tenure and or state wage requirements. 

REPORTS TO: Product Information Supervisor

 

Job Description: Why you and why us?

This position is responsible for overseeing complex projects at a leadership level for the Product Information team. You will provide coaching and feedback to associates when needed.

Essential Functions: The nuts and bolts

  • Be a visible and accessible resource for Product Information associates including answering SKU setup related questions, clarifying SOP’s, and providing guidance as needed
  • Proactively communicate care center, brand, policy and procedure information/updates to associates
  • Lead through example by performing department tasks safely, correctly, and quickly; demonstrating integrity and acting in a responsible and accountable manner
  • Track potential performance and coaching trends
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with associates, peers, and managers within the organization
  • Perform other duties as assigned

 

Qualifications: What you need to apply

  • Strong interpersonal skills including a solid “team player” orientation
  • Ability to work effectively and cooperatively as a team with other associates, supervisors and managers
  • Demonstrated flexibility, adaptability, independent decision-making skills and effective problem-solving skills
  • Working knowledge of computers, Internet and Microsoft Office applications
  • Effective communication (verbal and written) and the ability to foster open communication between associates
  • Prior experience in Product Information or Merchandise Operations preferred

 

Important Facts:

  • This is a Seasonal Full Time, non-exempt level position requiring a 40-hour schedule.
  • Must complete an Excel assessment with a pass score of intermediate for consideration.
