Your computer must be connected directly to your modem, router, or gateway using an Ethernet cable.  You must have a hardwired connection.  
WiFi is not allowed as it results in instability, poor connectivity and dropped calls.


Minimum required Internet Speed: 10 mbps download speed; 6 mbps upload speed.
Recommended: 24 mbps download speed; 10 mbps upload speed.

If your speeds are below the minimum levels listed below, please contact your Internet provider to upgrade your Internet services. Please note that other devices active on your account will result in lower speeds, resulting in poor connections, instability and dropped calls.

Once you have checked your connection and you have completed your application, a separate email will be sent immediately after to run a system check to ensure the requirements to work from home have been met for consideration. When scanning, please use the computer you'll be using during training as a future scan failure may result in a change of employment status.
