Your computer must be connected directly to your modem, router, or gateway using an Ethernet cable.  You must have a hardwired connection.  
WiFi is not allowed as it results in instability, poor connectivity and dropped calls.

Please run a speed test at http://speedtest.wsgc.com to verify your Internet speeds are acceptable.  We will not accept a speed test from other sources.  If your speeds are below the minimum levels listed below, please contact your Internet provider to upgrade your Internet services. Please note that other devices active on your account will result in lower speeds, resulting in poor connections, instability and dropped calls.
